We geloven sterk in onze service en ondersteunen deze onvoorwaardelijk, maar we begrijpen dat deze niet altijd en voor iedereen perfect kan werken.<\/p>

Voordat je een abonnement afsluit, raden we je aan een gratis proefabonnement van 24 uur aan te vragen. We hebben deze optie ingesteld zodat je onze service kunt testen voordat je een langdurig abonnement afsluit.<\/p>

Terugbetaalbare gevallen:<\/p>

- Volledige restitutie is van toepassing binnen de eerste 30 dagen van gebruik en alleen voor abonnementen van 6 maanden en langer.<\/p>

- Volledige restitutie is alleen van toepassing op abonnementen van 6 maanden of langer, je kunt nog steeds een gratis proefabonnement van 24 uur krijgen voordat je een upgrade naar een langlopend abonnement uitvoert.<\/p>

- Als je langer dan een maand een abonnement hebt en na de eerste 30 dagen problemen ondervindt of niet tevreden bent met onze service, kunnen we de resterende periode van je abonnement terugbetalen.<\/p>

- Als je per ongeluk een abonnement hebt gekozen in plaats van het gewenste, kun je ook contact met ons opnemen om verder te gaan met de terugbetaling na de evaluatie van het geval.<\/p>

Niet-terugbetaalbare koffers:<\/p>

- De terugbetaling zal worden geweigerd als deze het gevolg is van een storing aan jouw kant (Een slechte verbinding, een defect apparaat en andere).<\/p>

- De restitutie is niet geldig voor abonnementen van \u00e9\u00e9n (1) maand.<\/p>
