Two things worth knowing before you request a test
Trials pause during big matches
New trial accounts pause during major football, basketball and tennis events, when the servers carry the most load. Requests sent during those windows get processed once the event ends.
MAG users need to send a MAC address
A MAC address looks like 7c:14:48:e2:d7:90 and identifies your box. You'll find it in the device settings. Without it we can't register a MAG portal for you.
