Refund policy

Please read the following carefully before requesting a refund. We stand behind the service, but we know it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time.

Before taking out a subscription we strongly advise requesting the free 24-hour trial. It exists precisely so you can test the service on your own connection before committing to a longer term.

When a refund applies

• Full refunds are available within the first 30 days of use, on subscriptions of 6 months or more.
• If you have been subscribed for more than a month and are not satisfied after the first 30 days, we can refund the remaining period of your subscription.
• If you selected the wrong subscription by mistake, contact us and we will process a refund after reviewing the case.

When a refund does not apply

• Where the problem originates on your side: a poor internet connection, a faulty device, and similar.
• One-month subscriptions are not refundable.
