IPTV Questions, Answered Straight
The questions people actually ask before and after ordering. If yours is not here, email us.
Getting started
What do I actually receive after ordering?
An m3u playlist URL and a set of Xtream Codes credentials, by email, usually within minutes of the payment clearing. Nothing is posted to you and there is no hardware to buy.
Can I test it before paying?
Yes. The free 24 hour trial is the complete service and we take no payment details. Request it, load the login into any player, and watch how it behaves on your own connection.
How long does activation take?
Minutes in normal conditions. Trials are queued by hand and can be slower during major sporting events, when demand spikes.
Devices and apps
Which devices are supported?
Amazon Fire TV Stick, Smart TVs from Samsung, LG and Android TV, Android boxes and phones, iPhone and iPad, MAG and Enigma2 boxes, Formuler, NVIDIA Shield, and Windows or macOS. Anything that accepts an m3u link or Xtream credentials will work.
Which app should I use?
IPTV Smarters and TiviMate are the most reliable across the widest range of devices. Both accept either credential type, and the setup guides cover them step by step.
Is a Fire TV Stick good enough?
For HD, yes. It is the most common device our customers use. The basic Stick can struggle with long 4K sessions, so the 4K Max model or an Android box handles those more comfortably.
Can I watch on more than one device?
Each subscription is intended for one stream at a time. If you need simultaneous streams in different rooms, contact support before ordering rather than after.
Quality and connection
What internet speed do I need?
About 16 Mbit/s for reliable Full HD and around 25 Mbit/s for 4K. Stability matters more than headline speed. A wired connection beats Wi-Fi, and most buffering blamed on a provider is really a Wi-Fi problem.
Why is it buffering?
In order of likelihood: Wi-Fi signal, an overloaded device, ISP throttling, then the server. Try an ethernet cable first, then a different player app. If it still buffers, contact support with your device and connection details.
Is everything in 4K?
No. Channels arrive at whatever quality the broadcaster transmits: many are Full HD, some are 4K, and a few remain SD. No provider can upgrade a broadcaster’s own signal.
Do I need a VPN?
Usually not. Some internet providers throttle streaming traffic and a VPN helps in that case, but the service does not require one.
Content, billing and support
How many channels are there really?
The published lineup lists 17,100 TV channels across the bouquets you can browse on the channel list page, plus the on-demand library of roughly 130,000 films and series. Counts move as channels are added and dropped.
How do I pay?
PayPal, Visa and Mastercard, Paysafecard, Amazon gift cards, and Bitcoin. Checkout happens on our billing system.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Every plan is a one-off payment for a fixed period. No card is stored and nothing renews on its own.
Can I get a refund?
Full refunds apply within 30 days on subscriptions of 6 months or more. One month plans are not refundable, which is exactly why the free trial exists. The refund policy page has the complete terms.
